The project is situated in the Ngara district of Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. Covering 32,000 square meters and featuring a built-up area of 123,000 square meters, the project includes 1,370 affordable housing units. It is the first affordable housing project of the Kenyan government to improve people's livelihood, and the first project of the affordable housing plan of the Big Four Agenda proposed by former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta. The project substantially improves Kenya's housing conditions, contributing to local welfare and earning acclaim by the former president as a benchmark in Kenya's national affordable housing construction.
