The project is one of the most influential and representative large-scale public buildings undertaken by CSCEC in the Algeria in recent years. It is located on the west of the Houari Boumédiène International Airport. Covering an area of 650,000 square meters, the project includes a new terminal, viaducts, parking facilities, aprons, and a new energy center. Meeting the A standard of the International Civil Aviation Organization, it serves as the aviation hub for the North African region, with a passenger flow of 10 million. This is CSCEC's first large civil airport project undertaken as a general contractor in the international market and represents the largest and most modern civil airport project in Algeria.
