The project is constructed by CSCEC's Kuwait office. The total built-up area exceeds 160,000 square meters, with a height of 240 meters. This project is a boutique construction completed by CSCEC in the Gulf region and has become a new landmark building in Kuwait. Its architectural pattern is even printed on Kuwait's 5 dinars note. The project was honored with the 17th China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award.
