The project is located along the Mediterranean coast in northern Egypt, approximately 100 kilometers west of Alexandria and around 250 kilometers northwest of Cairo. The project involves the design and construction of the 300-meter Iconic Tower, four 200-meter residential and commercial buildings, as well as municipal landscaping works. With an area of around 230,000 square meters and a total building area of approximately 1.09 million square meters, the Iconic Tower, upon completion, will be one of the world's top ten tallest residential buildings. This is currently the largest cash project contracted by a Chinese company. It stands as another exemplary project under the Belt and Road Initiative, offering a crucial contribution to fully developing the northern coast of Egypt along the Mediterranean Sea, alleviating population and traffic pressures arising from rapid growth, and seamlessly aligning with Egypt Vision 2030 with the Belt and Road Initiative.
