Leeza SOHO in Beijing, independently designed by the architect Zaha Hadid, stands at a height of 200 meters with a total area of 172,000 square meters, featuring the world's tallest atrium to date.
Located above the new interchange station, the building's plot is divided diagonally by subway tunnels. Taking this unique base into consideration, the entire building is split in two, with each half falling on either side of the subway tunnel, enveloped within a facade shell.
