The project is situated in the capital city of Benin, Porto-Novo, with a total height of 31 meters and a floor area of approximately 35,000 square meters. The lower floors (1st and 2nd floors) stand at a height of 11.5 meters, while floors 3 to 6 serve as the offices for the members of the National Assembly.
The design of this project draws inspiration from the ancient and enduring symbol of Benin, the palaver tree. The palaver tree has been a witness to the growth of generations of local citizens and reflects the profound reverence that the people have for nature.
