Mentor-Apprentice Model

To help new employees adapt quickly, CSCEC has launched a mentorship program that supports their growth through guided training and hands-on development. Each new hire receives a personalized plan and is paired with mentors who provide ongoing support in teaching, coaching, and onboarding, thereby helping them enhance professional competence and improve practical skills.

So far, two rounds of the program have been completed, with 60 participants. The company uses an innovative “1+1+X” three-mentor model to deliver regular skill-based training and accelerate professional development. Completion ceremonies for onboarding training are held alongside mentorship reviews to evaluate and strengthen program outcomes.
