The winners of the 2026 Housing & Development Board (HDB) Construction Awards were recently announced. CCDC-built Parc Flora @ Tengah and Toa Payoh Ridge received the HDB Construction Award and the Certificate of Merit, Construction, respectively.

Parc Flora @ Tengah

Parc Flora @ Tengah comprises four residential blocks and an associated car park. Throughout the construction process, the project adopted PPVC and PBU prefabrication technologies.

At the same time, the project actively embraced Tengah's vision as a smart and sustainable town built around green, smart and liveable development. Through landscaped greenery, rooftop gardens and comprehensive community facilities, the project provides residents with a comfortable, convenient and liveable living environment.

Toa Payoh Ridge

Toa Payoh Ridge is located within the mature Toa Payoh residential estate and comprises four residential blocks, together with a multi-storey car park, rooftop garden, childcare center and other community facilities. The project features a distinctive cascading facade integrated with greenery, complemented by playgrounds, fitness facilities and landscaped spaces.

During construction, the project team strengthened end-to-end management across key areas including safety, quality, progress and green construction. The project was ultimately completed about three months ahead of schedule.
