Recently, CSCEC completed the main structure of the High-Rise Residential Project at Bluewaters Bay on Bluewaters Island in Dubai, UAE, on schedule. The project has now moved into the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, facade work and interior finishing.

The project covers about 150,000 square meters and includes two residential towers, 199 meters and 165 meters tall, and a shared podium. Together, the towers will provide 678 upscale residential units, as well as parking, recreational facilities and landscaped outdoor spaces.

The project team carried out work simultaneously in multiple areas of the two towers and the podium, carefully coordinating labor, machinery and materials while improving vertical transport and construction procedures.

Throughout the process, the team maintained strict safety and quality controls and followed rigorous construction standards, ensuring that the main structure was completed safely, efficiently and in an orderly manner.
