To support Singapore's green transition in the built environment sector and lower operational emissions at the DfMA center, CSCEC launched a rooftop solar installation project. The works included structural reinforcement, electrical upgrades, and rooftop solar panel installation. With a total installed capacity of nearly 1 MW, the system cut approximately 138 tons of carbon dioxide emissions between August 1 and September 18, 2024—less than two months after installation.
