MEP Modular Construction: CSCEC has developed an innovative synchronized lifting approach for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modular construction. This comprehensive method involves BIM-based MEP module design, MEP module fabrication at the DfMA center, and synchronized on-site installation.

PPVC/PBU: In 2015, CSCEC introduced the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technique at the Lake Grande project, marking the first high-end concrete PPVC apartment project in Singapore. In 2021, CSCEC established its own Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) center, further expanding and enhancing its use of PPVC, MEP modules, and other construction methods through this platform.
