Respect for Diverse Cultures: CSCEC actively promotes cross-cultural integration between Chinese and Malaysian employees through regular cultural exchange activities, such as joint celebrations of traditional festivals. The company also offers language training that helps Chinese employees learn Malay to improve daily communication, while enabling Malaysian employees to learn Chinese, effectively bridging the communication gap between the two groups.
