CSCEC is committed to hiring Malaysian talent and boosting local employment through campus recruitment, offering career development opportunities for young Malaysians and contributing fresh momentum to the industry.

In 2024, CSCEC partnered with over ten Malaysian universities—including the Universiti Malaysia Sabah, the National University of Malaysia, the University of Malaya, and the Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology—to host recruitment events that attracted more than 3,000 students. The company hired 420 interns, with over 95 top performers offered permanent positions—an internship-to-job conversion rates exceeding 23%.

CSCEC also collaborated with the National University of Malaysia, the University of Putra Malaysia, the University of Technology Malaysia on internship programs, bringing in nine students for training and employment. It took part in job fairs at the Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology's Lee Kong Chian Faculty of Engineering and Science, drawing over 600 attendees, and at the University of Malaya, where it joined 88 leading organizations in providing thousands of job opportunities and attracting more than 1,400 students.
