Safety Training: CSCEC delivers systematic, scenario-based safety training to enhance employees' safety awareness and project risk management capabilities. In 2024, the company implemented an HSE training plan and held Safety Production Month activities, achieving 100% employee participation and improved emergency response skills. A total of 120 specialized safety training sessions were conducted across all projects, including 12 online workshops, reaching over 1,800 employees.
