CSCEC actively conducts systematic technical exchanges with Egyptian universities, including Cairo University, Ain Shams University, and Suez Canal University, strengthening positive interactions, sharing advantageous resources, and jointly advancing an integrated regional platform that combines "industry, education, research, and application", supporting Egypt's construction industry development.
As of December 2024, the CBD project has cooperated with multiple Egyptian universities, providing internship platforms and job opportunities for over 300 Egyptian university students, organizing more than 10 Egypt-China university exchange activities, enabling over 400 Egyptian university students to engage in on-site observations focused on super high-rise construction technologies and mechanical and electrical construction management technologies.

CSCEC Egypt participates in the 2024 Employment Fair at a renowned Egyptian university, Ain Shams University. This is CSCEC Egypt's fourth participation in Egyptian university employment fairs, distinguishing itself as the only Chinese enterprise to attend this event.

On February 22, 2024, CSCEC successfully welcomed a delegation of professors and students from the Faculty of Engineering at the German University. A group of 22 university students visited the CBD project for a site tour and exchange. On February 5, 2024, the Chinese Bridge Club (Cairo Station) organized an event titled "Together Building the Egypt-China Friendship Bridge" in collaboration with CSCEC. More than 150 students and teachers from 21 high schools across 6 governorates visited the Iconic Tower—"the tallest building in Africa."

CSCEC annually organizes a summer internship program for Egyptian university students, running from July to September. In 2024, for the third consecutive year, 70 interns were selected out of 741 applications from prominent universities, including Ain Shams University, Cairo University, and Badr University.
