The project is driven by digital and intelligent upgrades, actively integrating next-generation information technologies with architectural business, intensifying the application of green intelligent construction technologies like BIM and prefabrication across engineering construction phases. Our goal is to play a more significant role in urban renewal, infrastructure construction, and promoting architectural industry transformation and upgradation.

4D BIM Technology: The project team utilized multiple technical approaches, including 4D BIM model creation, 4D visualization simulation, 4D virtual construction environment, construction process 4D dynamic simulation, 4D BIM collision detection, and 4D construction progress simulation. These methods effectively resolved construction management challenges arising from tight project timelines and heavy tasks, improving communication efficiency among the owner, supervisor, and construction team.

Curved Facade 3D Modeling Technology: Due to the Iconic Towers facade design requirements in Egypt's CBD project in New Administrative Capital, 12,000 uniquely shaped facade panel units were formed, featuring 500 different width dimensions and panel angles ranging from 175.5 ° to 180. The project involved highly diverse and complex material demands.

The project team employed 3D modeling using Rhinoceros software and +Grasshopper, analytically processing all panel information. They strategically consolidated the 500 width dimensions into 100 width sizes and rationalized dozens of panel angles into five angle types, significantly reducing unit panel sizes and varieties and effectively lowering workshop processing, assembly, and onsite installation complexity.

Intelligent Security System: Establishing a comprehensive monitoring and communication system, the project introduced advanced security technologies and equipment. Utilizing intelligent monitoring systems and facial recognition technologies, the team implemented comprehensive, blind-spot-free site surveillance and prevention. By leveraging big data and cloud computing technologies, they conducted in-depth security data analysis and mining, enhancing safety risk identification and early warning capabilities. We are implementing intelligent smart helmets, smart turnstiles, and VR devices, leveraging a smart construction site big data platform, creating a robust safety network, and making on-site project management more convenient and efficient.
