The company designs buildings according to international leading intelligent architectural concepts, empowering structures through smart technologies. By integrating centralized data management centers and intelligent building control systems, the company aims to achieve more efficient facility management, dedicated to creating advanced buildings that are swift, efficient, secure, and comfortable.

 Centralized Data Management Center: Utilizing sustainable and replaceable network backbone technology "micro-tube + micro-fiber", the company establishes an equipment management local area network spanning 20 standalone buildings. A data center is set up in the Central Utility Complex (CUC) to manage all CBD individual buildings. Together, the equipment management local area network and the data center provide a robust infrastructure that supports intelligent management of smart buildings in the CBD.

Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS): Each building's strong and weak current, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and other specialized systems are centrally and intelligently managed through the Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) platform. Meanwhile, each building's IBMS connects to the CUC to achieve centralized control. By constructing a centralized distributed intelligent building control system covering the entire CBD, the project achieves comfortable environmental control for smart buildings, and comprehensive centralized and visual management of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Fire Alarm and Detection System: Each building is equipped with a Fire Control Center (FCC) and an automatic fire alarm system. This system comprises trigger devices (such as smoke and temperature sensors), fire alarm devices, interlocking output devices, and auxiliary function devices. The system converts fire detection signals into electrical signals, transmitted to the fire alarm control panel. Simultaneously, it triggers evacuation notifications through audio and visual alarms. The control panel records the location and time of fire incidents, enabling timely fire detection and effective initial fire suppression measures.

Floodlighting System: The floodlighting fixtures for the Iconic Tower are cleverly fixed and concealed by utilizing the facade's sun shadow system, handrails, and related structures, ensuring an excellent lighting effect while maintaining the architectural facade's aesthetic beauty during the day, truly achieving the ideal "light without seeing the fixtures" effect.
