The Alamein Downtown Towers project is CSCEC's first true DB (Design and Build) project in Egypt. The project adopted a fast track (concurrent design and construction) mode, specifically implemented through synchronized design and construction with interactive coordination among the design organization, design and procurement.

To enhance inter-team collaborative efficiency, ensure design task completion with quality and quantity, and facilitate efficient coordination with simultaneously entering construction teams, the Alamein Downtown Towers project utilized BIM forward design to optimize design schemes, cumulatively addressed over 840 interdisciplinary coordination issues, optimized electromechanical routing, and saved approximately 3,600 meters of various pipelines. Preliminary statistics indicate approximately a 70% reduction in subsequent modifications compared to traditional 2D design, thereby improving design quality. Visualization coordination accelerated coordination progress, platform processes expedited communication, reduced later-stage rework, and shortened overall project duration. The forward design emphasized information sharing, facilitating convenient information transmission, significantly improving communication efficiency among participants, promoting refined management processes, generating data assets, and enhancing management efficiency.
