Recently, a delegation of over 60 faculty members and students from the Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University, Egypt, visited the Alamein Downtown Towers, and participated a recruitment session organized by CSCEC.
During a seminar, the project leadership provided a comprehensive overview of the project's overall plan, construction progress, and management philosophy, showcasing CSCEC's integrated strengths and technological advantages in the engineering and construction sector.
That afternoon, CSCEC hosted a job fair at the university, presenting the company's development journey, business portfolio, landmark projects, talent development pathways, training systems, and career advancement opportunities.
The delegation then toured the construction site, gaining firsthand insights into high-rise building techniques and precision management practices. They ascended the Iconic Tower to overlook the full project layout and appreciate the scale and achievements of the project.
