This year, CSCEC has been actively involved in campus recruitment and internship activities in Egypt. The company has organized university-enterprise exchange programs and launched specialized Chinese and Arabic courses through the Up We Build (UWB) College. These initiatives are aimed at fostering talent development and supporting the growth of skilled professionals.
University-Enterprise Exchanges
In 2024, CSCEC conducted four university-enterprise exchange sessions with 21 middle and high schools in China and Egypt, including prestigious institutions like Tsinghua University and Cairo University. More than 210 students visited the CBD of New Administrative Capital for educational tours.
On August 12, a research team from Tsinghua University visits the CBD of New Administrative Capital. This marked the fourth visit by Tsinghua University faculty and students to the project site for learning and exchange.
Campus Recruitment
CSCEC also conducted campus recruitment activities at Ain Shams University and Suez Canal University in Egypt, receiving over 1,000 resumes from candidates.
Summer Internship Program
In August, the second batch of the 2024 university-enterprise collaboration summer internship program was launched, with 26 Egyptian university students beginning a one-month internship in CSCEC. Earlier, 17 students had successfully completed the first batch of the summer internship programs, and in September, 27 more students will participate in the third batch.
These 70 interns are from several prominent Egyptian universities, including Ain Shams University, Cairo University, and Badr University. The summer internship program aims to enhance the employability of local students.
