Recently, a CSCEC-built new bridge to Dubai Harbour, as part of the King Salman Street Viaduct and Al Naseem Street Upgrade Project in Dubai, was completed head of schedule, marking a key milestone for the project.
The newly opened bridge sits in the Dubai Harbour area. It features two lanes in each direction and is designed to handle up to 6,000 vehicles per hour. It provides a direct entry to Dubai Harbour from Sheikh Zayed Road, improving access for motorists coming from both Jebel Ali and Deira. The bridge is expected to reduce travel time from 12 minutes to just 3 minutes.
The project also includes upgrades to intersections along the route and improvements to surface roads, which will further boost traffic flow and capacity across the area once completed.

Throughout construction, the project team kept refining its traffic diversion plans and construction organization, adjusting deployment as needed and enhancing coordination between work phases and resources. As a result, the team hit several key milestones ahead of schedule.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai and Gulf News, among other official bodies and media outlets, have reported on the project's progress.
