Recently, CSCEC achieved a significant milestone in the Alamein Downtown Towers Project as the main tower of the Package T01 reached 100 meters.

The Alamein Downtown Towers Project is situated along the Mediterranean coast in northern Egypt, and is approximately about 104 km from Alexandria. The main tower of the Package T01 is a crucial component of this project, standing at a height of about 300 meters and covering a total floor area of approximately 402,600 square meters. The building will serve various functions, including apartments, offices, commercial spaces, underground parking, CABANAS, and associated facilities. It consists of both the tower and podium sections. Once completed, it will be one of the world's top ten high-end residential buildings in terms of height.

The project team employed advanced techniques such as ultra-high-strength concrete and high rise concrete pumping methods. They also utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for three-dimensional dynamic simulations to overcome challenges related to climbing irregular-shaped forms during construction.
