In recent days, the exterior wall material used in CSCEC's project in Macau, the M8 project, known as curved stone-laminated glass, has achieved a remarkable feat by setting a Guinness World Record for the largest curved stone-laminated glass with an single panel area of 20.45 square meters.

Curved stone-laminated glass, is a cutting-edge technology achieved through high-temperature and high-pressure bonding of thin natural stone slabs with tempered curved glass. This composite glass combines the textures of natural stone with the transparency of glass, earning its reputation as a black technology in the glass industry. This material boasts three characteristics: first, it is ultra-thin, with the natural stone thickness measuring only about 1 millimeter; second, it is curved, with the bonding of stone slabs with curved glass; third, it is exceptionally large, consisting of a single, unjointed piece of stone glass.

During the Guinness World Record official certification and award presentation, it was noted that the challenge to achieve the Guinness World Record for the largest curved stone-laminated glass was a remarkable feat of technology and manufacturing.

The M8 project, situated in one of Macau's core commercial districts known as the Ruins of St. Paul's - Senado Square commercial area, has a total construction area of approximately 80,000 square meters and consists of a 9-story commercial building.
