As CSCEC advances its projects, it places strong emphasis on employee training in technology, safety, and management, enhancing their self-development capabilities. Through the Up We Build (UWB) program, the company has established a local technical talent training system. Additionally, safety training content has been enriched, and innovative training methods have been introduced to ensure the quality of safety training, including for new employees and specialized workers.

UWB College: To build a local workforce that is not only technically proficient but also culturally aware, CSCEC has established the UWB College at the New Phnom Penh international airport in Cambodia. The UWB College provides high-quality theoretical resources and actively arranges internships at ongoing projects in Cambodia to build practical experience.

Building a talent team: At the Techo International Airport, the project team conducted 10 training sessions for over 300 participants on safety, carbon reduction technologies, and corporate culture. These sessions help employees master advanced construction and management practices while strengthening innovation and hands-on abilities.

New training technologies: CSCEC has introduced VR safety training at its projects in Cambodia. By simulating real construction scenarios, the technology delivers realistic process demonstrations, improves training effectiveness and safety awareness, expands training reach, and supports project safety.
