Industry-academia-research collaboration to cultivate new talent: The company has partnered with the Royal Academy of Cambodia to host thematic events. A key initiative involved an UWB student delivering a construction education talk at the Smart Nest School in Cambodia. The student shared the experience working at CSCEC, inspiring over 200 local students.

Vocational education development: CSCEC has expanded talent development by co-founding the Zheng He College in Cambodia with Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology and Wanda University in Cambodia. The company has equipped the Zheng He College with high-standard facilities, teaching materials, and software to build an integrated training and experimental platform. The company prioritizes faculty training through a "systematic, long-term, integrated, small-class" model. Practical teaching scenarios—such as welding, curtain wall construction, and carpentry—are used to integrate course content and significantly improve students' hands-on skills. To date, more than 1,200 local employees have completed training, enhancing their professional abilities.
