CSCEC reduces buildings' environmental impact by creating healthy, sustainable spaces for people and the planet. It integrates sustainability into design and construction, delivering energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and technologically advanced green buildings that support a greener, better quality of life.

An energy-efficient, high-quality modern hospital: The China-Cambodia Friendship Preah Kossamak Hospital is Cambodia's first energy-efficient, high-quality modern hospital. Its design includes a central atrium, corridors, ventilation louvres, and open transport areas, with 40% of public spaces open to ensure natural ventilation. The project uses photovoltaics and solar water heating to cut energy use and lower operating and maintenance costs.

Integrated green building solutions: For the Techo International Airport, the project team applied international best practices while considering local climate, resources, and culture to create an integrated green building solution. This combines multiple green technologies into a system that is energy-efficient, eco-friendly, comfortable, and visually appealing.

Transforming the Airport into a Plant Paradise: As part of the project, the team established a plant garden within the airport complex, integrating plants and green spaces. The addition of vertical gardens and local plant species showcases Cambodia's rich biodiversity, offering visual enjoyment and improving air quality. This initiative enhances the overall well-being of passengers and airport staff and promotes environmental awareness.
