CSCEC has established a comprehensive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management system across its projects in Cambodia. It has developed environmental management plans, detailed implementation guidelines, and emergency response plans for environmental and occupational health and safety risks. Regular environmental and safety drills are conducted to ensure readiness. The company continues to strengthen green and low-carbon training and awareness initiatives, improving employees' environmental awareness and professional capabilities.

For example, during the construction of the Techo International Airport project, the project team focused not only on applying and managing green and low-carbon technologies, but also on promoting a green culture and education. At the project's start, all staff were briefed on green principles, goals, measures, and requirements, strengthening their understanding and commitment to sustainability. Throughout construction, the team held regular activities and competitions—such as green commuting, energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental volunteering—to raise awareness and encourage sustainable practices.
