CSCEC has introduced several advanced construction techniques from both international and Chinese sources into its projects in Cambodia. These innovations have reached international standards and injected momentum into the development of Cambodia's construction industry.

For example, the Morodok Techo National Stadium was built with multiple innovative techniques to meet high standards for sports venues. The stadium's core structure is a suspension tower designed to resemble the traditional Cambodian greeting gesture, the “Sampeah”. The project's technical achievements were recognized with several prestigious awards, including the 2022 ENR Global Best Projects Awards, the 2022 IABSE Award for Building Structures, and the IStructE Structural Awards.
