CSCEC uses industrialized construction as a foundation, enhanced by digital and intelligent technologies, to expand smart construction across all project phases. This approach has advanced industrialization, digitalization, and intelligent building in Cambodia, supporting safer, more efficient, and sustainable construction.

For example, in the Morodok Techo National Stadium project, an innovative “BIM + QR code + eBIM” management system was implemented. Each of the 7,208 seating panels received a unique QR code “ID” that linked its dimensions, lifting position, and BIM model data. This enabled precise control across design, production, storage, and installation through comprehensive big data.
