SGH Emergency Medicine Building H9A Project: Located adjacent to the existing emergency center and requiring the construction of a skybridge linking the emergency center with the community hospital, this project had to be delivered without disrupting hospital operations. CSCEC adopted advanced design and construction methods such as DfMA for MEP modular works, a district cooling system, and live system tie-in with pressure sealing to ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems.

The CR105 project—A tunnel project constructed with the large diameter TBM: This marks the first project of Singapore’s Cross Island Line (CRL) and the first tunnel project constructed locally with the large diameter TBM.

The P103 Riviera Station and Tunnel Project for CRL-Punggol extension: Situated on the CRL-Punggol extension, this project connects the towns of Punggol and Pasir Ris, significantly improving travel convenience for more than 40,000 households.
Chong Pang Integrated Development project: A large-scale, mixed-use community hub integrating a community club, market, hawker center, swimming pool, gym, and commercial facilities. Once completed, it will greatly enhance convenience and quality of life for local residents while injecting fresh vitality into community development.

SIT's new campus Project: Conceived as a “campus in a park,” the SIT's new campus in Punggol North is Singapore’s fifth public university. The project features faculty blocks, student hostels, and supporting facilities. By preserving existing secondary forest, the design seamlessly integrates learning spaces into lush tropical landscapes.


Tengah Plantation C2 project: This large-scale public housing development consists of 17 residential blocks, two underground carparks with rooftop gardens, and a community club. It is a large-scale public housing project.
