Safety Best Practices: On May 31, CSCEC was invited to share at the Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division Workplace Safety & Health Officers' Dialogue (HAWOD) 2024, organized by Singapore's Ministry of Health. Around 200 stakeholders—including clients, consultants, and contractors attended the event.
CSCEC presented on CSCEC's journey of innovation in safe construction, showcasing practices in DfMA, digital integration, and intelligent construction that enhance workplace safety and health. The SGH Emergency Medicine Building H9A Project team shared how innovations in BIM, IDD, and top-down construction methods helped ensure safe execution and timely delivery.

Soft Ground Treatment: Professor Yi Yaolin and his delegation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore visited the P103 Riviera Station and Tunnel Project for CRL-Punggol extension for an in-depth tour and exchange.
The team explored project progress, technology applications, and future plans. In-depth discussions were held on R&D collaboration, talent development, and project partnerships, identifying potential directions and models for future cooperation.

Construction Robot: In August, Kelvin Wong, CEO of Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA), visited the Bulim Square project to observe applications of robotic innovations, including automated expansion-bolt installation robots and prefabricated MEP modules. This visit aims to highlight the application of new technologies in construction to enhance construction efficiency.

Green Building: On August 30, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) and the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) co-hosted a seminar on innovation in sustainable construction technologies at HDB's Centre of Building Research. CSCEC was invited to deliver a keynote presentation, with about 100 management and professional personnel from universities and the industry in attendance.
