CSCEC has established a comprehensive technical implementation system for its projects in Cambodia, applying professional expertise to resolve technical challenges and ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of advanced technologies.
Technical Training and Support: Before starting work, new employees receive 2–5 days of skills training. They then perform tasks under the supervision of senior technicians who provide ongoing guidance to build proficiency. Upon project completion, a bilingual maintenance manual and training plan are delivered to support future operation and maintenance teams.
Technical Evaluation and Improvement: The team conducts regular technical reviews throughout the project. Periodic meetings and online sessions facilitate knowledge sharing, expert consultation, and solutions to technical issues. Any problems identified during site acceptance are discussed with management and technical teams for prompt correction.
