Recently, CSCEC visited several top universities in Indonesia to advance campus recruitment and university-enterprise cooperation.
First Stop: Bandung Institute of Technology
At Bandung Institute of Technology, the CSCEC recruitment team conducted a campus recruitment event and hosted the first presentation for university in Indonesia. The presentation detailed CSCEC's development, key projects in Indonesia, and the training program for newly recruited employees, attracting a large number of students from related fields. CSCEC introduced the employee training and internship programs to the university's career development center. Both parties reached a preliminary cooperation agreement, planning to sign a university-enterprise cooperation agreement to regularly select outstanding students for professional internships.
Second Stop: Universitas Diponegoro
At Universitas Diponegoro, CSCEC held talks with the dean of the engineering faculty and other relevant officials. CSCEC introduced its background, major projects, and development plans, along with the campus recruitment and internship programs.
Third Stop: Universitas Gadjah Mada
At Universitas Gadjah Mada, CSCEC presented its development in Indonesia and the local talent training model, drawing a significant number of students. The university expressed gratitude for CSCEC's support in recruiting Indonesian students. After the recruitment event, university leaders signed a cooperation agreement with CSCEC to promote the employment and professional internships of students.
CSCEC actively recruits Indonesian students, fosters university-enterprise cooperation, and continuously supports the development of management and technical talent in the construction industry.
