Recently, Md Zahir Raihan, Deputy Minister of Finance of Bangladesh and his delegation visited the SASEC Road Connectivity Project-II undertaken by CSCEC.
Md Zahir Raihan visited the project site, inspecting the operation of concrete pavers, the progress of construction, and safety production conditions. He praised the project’s quality management, particularly the process and technical standards, and discussed the project's quality and safety, as well as the next steps in construction planning, with the project team.
SASEC Road Connectivity Project-II
The SASEC Road Connectivity Project-II is located in the northwest of Bangladesh, connecting 16 important towns northwest of Dhaka. The main construction tasks include roadbed engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, traffic facilities, and landscaping. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve the transportation environment in the region, further ensuring the safety of local residents' travel and transportation.
