Several smart devices and construction technologies developed independently by CSCEC drew attention at the booth.

Tianchan construction robot system

The Tianchan construction robot system integrates six robots that work together throughout the on-site concrete pouring process. It also addresses the challenges of material transport and delivery in prefabricated construction. Already in use on housing projects in Qingdao and Nanjing, the system has cut labor requirements by 75 percent and can complete a floor every five days.

Integrated spraying equipment for interior wall putty and latex paint

The integrated spraying equipment for interior wall putty and latex paint automates the entire application process, covering larger areas with each pass while maintaining millimeter-level precision.

ALC panel handling & installation robot

A robot for installing autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) panels addresses long-standing industry challenges, including labor-intensive work, safety risks and inconsistent quality. Working alongside human crews, the robot installs 12 panels per hour, boosting both speed and precision.

CMC (steel-concrete composite modular construction) technology

CSCEC also presented its CMC (steel-concrete composite modular construction) technology, which combines factory-built steel frames with on-site concrete pouring. The approach essentially builds rooms the way cars are built in factories, offering a new model for industrialized, green construction.

CSCEC has operated in Southeast Asia since the 1980s, building landmark projects such as the 452-meter Exchange 106 (TRX Signature Tower) in Kuala Lumpur and the Temburong Bridge in Brunei. Through its Up We Build College (UWB College), the company has also trained local talent in infrastructure construction. CSCEC will continue to promote innovation and green development, using smart construction to drive the industry's transformation and modernization.
