Recently, the main structure of the Iconic Tower T01 podium of the Alamein Downtown Towers Project in Egypt built by CSCEC was topped out ahead of schedule, marking the completion of the project's main structure.

Known as the "Pearl of the Mediterranean," the tower covers a total floor area of about 402,600 square meters and brings together apartments, offices, commercial facilities, and landscaping works.

The project adopted a Fast-Track construction management model, with design and construction carried out concurrently to address complex construction nodes efficiently. Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and a digital management platform were also deployed to enhance measurement accuracy and collaborative management efficiency.
