Recently, CSCEC held a grand ceremony to mark the completion of the Equalbase Sunway 103, Malaysia's first carbon-neutral logistics hub.

The team overcame multiple technical challenges. By BIM technology, the project team simulated and optimized construction sequences, ensuring strict control over concrete strength and formwork removal. This enabled safe and efficient multi-trade parallel operations. For the 35,000-square-meter DM2 super-flat floor, the team resolved settlement and cracking issues, achieved mirror-level precision, and shortened construction period by 15%. They also developed a new methodology for large-area, high-standard super-flat floors in logistics warehouses, which won a national BIM technology first prize.

The project implemented a strict EHS management system, earning a CIDB 4-star safety rating and the Gold Award of the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners (MOSHPA). It also advanced sustainability goals by applying for both LEED Gold and GreenRE Gold certifications.
