CSCEC's Baniyas North Phase 3 Project in Abu Dhabi has successfully passed all inspections and received building completion certificates from the Abu Dhabi Municipality for 863 villas and supporting infrastructure.

The project team carefully planned and executed the acceptance process, dividing the site into 14 inspection zones with clear schedules and checklists.

From the first certificate issued on July 8, 2025, to final acceptance 113 days later, the team completed 170 inspections with a 90% first-pass rate.
