Recently, CSCEC completed the topping-out of the comprehensive logistics center of Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The center will become the largest logistics facility in the Hengqin and Macao in terms of scale and processing capacity, and the most comprehensive, intelligent demonstration logistics hub in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
With a total construction area of approximately 159,800 square meters, the center integrates air freight, cold chain logistics, warehousing, processing, distribution, cross-border e-commerce, and duty-free services into one comprehensive logistics hub. This project will help drive the development of a globally competitive cross-border e-commerce industry cluster in the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone.
The project adheres to green and energy-saving principles, with architectural layouts designed to optimize natural ventilation and daylight usage. Windows and doors are made from aluminum and double-glazed glass, providing superior insulation and reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. Additionally, rainwater gardens and permeable paving are used to enhance rainwater collection and utilization.
