Recently, the 2024 TITAN Property Awards announced its annual winners. Among them, CSCEC, in collaboration with HZS Design Holding Company Limited, won the prestigious gold award for their project Lakeside Mansion.

Inspired by classic Song Dynasty paintings, the project recreates traditional Song-style gardens, featuring double-eaved structures and elements of Song architecture. Modern materials such as aluminum panels, cloud-patterned aluminum, and textured stone were used to harmoniously blend classical aesthetics with contemporary design.

The project includes a luxurious 1,400-square-meter clubhouse, a sky-lit garage demonstration area, and approximately 3,000 square meters of versatile space, with amenities like a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, and a reception area.

 Additionally, it offers residential units, including 149-180 square meter garden apartments and 210-240 square meter villas.

The TITAN Property Awards, organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA), are renowned as the "Oscars of the real estate industry." These prestigious awards aim to discover and honor the highest achievements in architectural design, landscape design, interior design, real estate development, and marketing. It is one of the most influential international awards in the field of creative design.
