The project, located in the Harbour Bay business district of Batam Island, facing Singapore across the sea, boasts a prime location. It is a comprehensive project integrating commercial, office, and residential apartments. Comprising two 34-story towers and a 7-story podium, the project has a total construction area of about 75,000 square meters and a total height of 137 meters, making it the tallest landmark building in the Batam Island upon completion.
