Chengtou Chengdong Mansion
The project adheres to the concept of green and low-carbon construction. It uses prefabricated steel frame concrete structure and employs CSCEC's independently developed prefabricated building smart construction platform, achieving a prefabrication rate of 70%. For the building's exterior facade, innovative use of mesh screens as decorative curtain walls reduces light pollution and building energy consumption. It comprehensively adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment such as air-source heat pumps, fresh air ventilator, rainwater recycling systems, etc., to optimize the overall energy-saving indicators of the building.
