Jeddah Affordable Housing Project in Saudi Arabia
The project, built by CSCEC, is an affordable housing project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Consisting of 75 buildings with a total construction area of 453,900 square meters, these well-organized homes stand tall in the city, fulfilling the dreams of 1,776 families for homes.

The ADFA Project of Sabah Al-Salem Kuwait University City in Kuwait
The project, constructed by CSCEC, covers a total area of 180,000 square meters. It includes seven buildings, including administrative offices, a library, and a conference center, providing educational facilities for 40,000 university students. Additionally, the project is equipped with cultural facilities such as theaters, offering students a diverse platform for extracurricular activities and exchanges.

Temburong Bridge in Brunei
The CSCEC-built CC4 section of the Temburong Bridge in Brunei is 11.8 kilometers long across the Brunei Bay, connecting Brunei's mainland with the Temburong District across the sea, and reducing travel time between the two areas from 2 hours to approximately 15 minutes.

Techo-Ta Khmau International Airport in Cambodia
SCEC built the Techo-Ta Khmau International Airport in Cambodia, which covers an area of 2,600 hectares and is designed as a 4F-grade airport, one of the highest levels globally. Once completed, it will become Cambodia's largest airport, with an annual passenger capacity of 27 million.

Burj Khalifa Curtain Wall Project in the UAE
The CSCEC-built Burj Khalifa in the UAE is a towering structure with 162 floors and a height of 828 meters, covering a total area of 135,000 square meters, equivalent to 17 football fields. The glass curtain wall of the Burj Khalifa is composed of 23,566 individual panels, overcoming vertical climatic temperature differences ranging from 2 to 54 degrees Celsius and withstanding a wind speed of up to 55 meters per second.

New Administrative Capital CBD project in Egypt
The project built by CSCEC, with its Iconic Tower reaching a height of 385.8 meters is located in the western part of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. It covers a total land area of 65,000 square meters, with a construction area of 268,000 square meters. The CSCEC team has applied smart technologies such as skyscraper-building machines and high-rise concrete pumping, pioneering the construction of super high-rise buildings in Egypt.
