The Algiers New Airport Project

With a floor area of 650,000 square meters and a construction area of 200,000 square meters, the project meets A-level standard of the International Civil Aviation Organization and consists of a new terminal, overpasses, parking lots, parking aprons, and a new energy center. The annual passenger throughput of the airport can reach 10 million and the airport has become an important traffic hub and a symbolic project for China-Algeria cooperation.

The New Capital CBD in Egypt

The project is the largest one undertaken by a Chinese enterprise in Egypt so far. With a total floor area of more than 500,000 square meters, the project consists of 12 office buildings, 5 apartment buildings, 2 large hotels, and a 385.5-meter-high building, the highest one in Africa. After completion, Egypt will truly have a world-class central business district.

Hong Kong Palace Museum

Located in West Kowloon Cultural District on the bank of Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong, the project has a floor area of about 17,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 43,000 square meters. The main body of the museum is a 7-floor-high building in the unique shape of a ding.

Macao offshore medical complex

The project is the first public hospital built since Macao's return to the motherland. After completion, Macao's hospital beds and operation rooms will increase by 50%, further expanding medical resources in the region.

Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand

The project is one of key livelihood projects of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Development Plan under scheme of Thailand 4.0. The newly-built terminal has a total construction area of 216,000 square meters and a total of 28 aprons are arranged symmetrically. The annual passenger throughput increased from 45 million to 60 million, effectively relieving the old terminal's pressure.

As a China-Cambodia cooperation project under the Belt and Road Initiative, the project has a total construction area of about 80,000 square meters and is a super-large stadium which can accommodate 60,000 spectators and will serve as the main venue for the Southeast Asian Games 2023.

HDB Bedok project, Singapore

Located in Bedok, Singapore, after completion, the project will become a component of Bedok's new town and provide housing for local people. The project was awarded the title of a model site by the Public Utilities Board in 2007.

Tuas Water Reclamation Plant in Singapore

Located in the industrial part in Tuas, Singapore, the project covers an area of 50,000 square meters. By collecting, recycling, and purifying 150,000 cubic meters of waste water, the clean water demand of the industrial park can be met.

Paramount Hotel Dubai in the United Arab Emirates

Located on the south side of Sheikh Zayed Road, the 258-meter-high hotel is near Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and is a new landmark in Dubai.

The steel structure construction of the project is described as one of the most difficult and complex projects in terms of design and construction. Especially, the central concourse is consisted of a arch with 18 arcing steel structures, the span of the largest steel-structure arch is 180 meters, and the main arch is 50 meters high and weighs about 800 tons. CSCEC built the steel structure and infrastructure, as well as mechanical and electrical facilities. The project wins the first prize in the category of public projects in the Middle East in the Tekla Global BIM Awards 2015.

Pakistan's PKM Expressway

With a total length of 392 kilometers and a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour, the project is the first 6-lane expressway with intelligent traffic functions in Pakistan and the largest transportation infrastructure project along the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

With a total length of 17.8 kilometers, the project is a vital part of the expressway network in the northern part of Sumatra, Indonesia and has great significance for the tourism and economic development of North Sumatra and its surrounding regions.

Temburong Bridge in Brunei

With a total length of about 30 kilometers, the project is the world's longest fully-prefabricated bridge and also the largest infrastructure in Brunei's history. It connects the Temburong district and the mainland of Brunei. After completion, the travel time between the two places will be shortened from 2 hours to 15 minutes. In constructing CC4 section, the project team adopts the  "propped-up" construction techniques that the entire process of bridge construction in the air was successfully realized, which not only decreased occupation of land, but also greatly reducing the impact of dust, mud and other construction wastes on the primeval forest.
