Recently, a cloud-shaped building was unveiled to the public. Haikou International Duty-Free Shopping Complex in Hainan Province, constructed by CSCEC, officially opened.

With a total construction area of about 926,000 square meters, the project incorporates elements of nature and marine culture, representing the distinctive culture of Hainan. With floating curves, the overall design is simple and grand, just like a cloud on the sea.

Comprised of six plots, the project builds a world-class resort-style commercial block integrating duty-free business, taxable business, offices, hotels, talent community, relaxation and cultural tourism.
