The project has been designed and implemented according to Chinese standards, and combined with local requirements. Some European standards, American standards and Madagascar standards have been applied.

In the project, advanced design schemes and concepts have been adopted. From the beginning, its design pays great attention to green environmental protection and energy saving in the whole life cycle, and adopts materials and facilities with high performance, high durability and easy maintenance to ensure low-carbon environmental protection in the whole cycle of construction, operation and maintenance.

The facade of the project is made of perforated aluminum plates, which increases the internal ventilation and lighting, and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly. The design concept is inspired by the unique baobab tree and Ravenala madagascariensis of the country.
