Raffles City Chongqing is composed of eight towers, a podium building and a long horizontal skybridge called "crystal" that connects the top of four skyscrapers, covering six core property types: high-end residential buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, service apartments and crystal corridor.

The project built by CSCEC includes three 250-meter skyscrapers, one 350-meter skyscraper (the tallest building in Chongqing at present), and an air crystal corridor with a length of 300 meters and a height of 250 meters, which connects four skyscrapers and is known as the world's highest "horizontal skyscraper. It is precisely because of the breakthroughs in the design and construction of the project, such as structural earthquake resistance, fire safety, landscape ventilation, architectural physical analysis of the crystal corridor, that it has become the key factor to win three global awards this time.
