According to the data from the business segment, in the first quarter, in the housing building industry, the value of cumulatively and newly signed contracts is 572.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 27.7%. In the infrastructure industry, the value of cumulatively and newly signed contracts is 165.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 50.7%. In the exploration and design industry, the value of cumulatively and newly signed contracts is 2.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.8%.

In terms of domestic and international markets, the total value of cumulatively and newly signed contracts is 714.4 billion yuan in the domestic market , a year-on-year growth of 36.4%. In the foreign market, the value of cumulatively and newly signed contracts is 27 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.8%.

In terms of real physical indexes, the floor space under construction is 1.31034 billion square meters in the first quarter, a year-on-year growth of 57.1%. The area of newly-commenced project is 80.21 million square meters, a year-on-year growth of 57.1%. The completed area of residential is 346.2 million square meters, a year-on-year growth of 89.3%.

In terms of real estate, the contract sales in the first quarter is 91.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 47.5%. The contracted sales areas 43.3 million square meters, a year-on-year growth of 33%. The final land equipment areas are 1.2049 billion square meters, and the area of newly purchased land are 27.7 million square meters.
