CSCEC has recently released its business briefing from January to June 2026. The company's newly signed contracts totaled 2.46 trillion yuan, with operating revenue reaching 975.8 billion yuan

The structure of the construction business continued to improve. New contracts for housing construction reached 1,551.1 billion yuan, up 3.7% year on year, generating operating revenue of 571.31 billion yuan. Infrastructure contracts totaled 734.4 billion yuan, with operating revenue of 246.46 billion yuan. Survey and design contracts amounted to 5.6 billion yuan, with operating revenue of 4.29 billion yuan.

The real estate business maintained steady development. Contracted sales reached 173.6 billion yuan, with a contracted sales area of 4.7 million square meters. Operating revenue stood at 152.03 billion yuan, up 15.2% year on year, and new land reserves of 1.24 million square meters were acquired.

International business achieved rapid growth. Newly signed contracts rose 45.3% year on year to 182.1 billion yuan, with operating revenue up 27.0% year on year to 75.98 billion yuan.
