Recently, CSCEC successfully completed the first steel structure lift for the Dubai Six Senses Residences, the world's tallest residential tower, for which the company is responsible for steel structure design, manufacturing, and installation.

Located in Dubai's Marina district, the project spans 3,500 square meters with a total floor area of 116,000 square meters. Rising to 517 meters with 126 floors, the tower will offer 250 luxury apartments. The steel structure weighs over 10,000 tons, with 96% made of S460 high-strength steel.
